The Stomvi Titán range is defined by its traditional ancestry and characterized by instruments with a big, powerful sound.
The Titán soprano cornet presents with a quick response, clean articulation and clear crisp attacks. Most at home in brass bands, it compares favourably with more widely known instruments like the Schilke soprano.
The Bellflex bell, made from Stomvi's own proprietary brass alloy, offers the brightest sound of the available bell options, and is the most suited to orchestral and wind band use.
* The Amado water key was patented in the US by its inventor Raymond Amado at the beginning of the 1970s. A small transverse-mounted cylinder encloses a spring-loaded push-button piston which when depressed lets moisture drain from the instrument. Its design causes less distortion to the air column than the drain port of a traditional water key.
