Tim Humphries: Tim came to Rosehill from Percy Prior's, the former music shop in High Wycombe, and now manages our goods-in and warehousing areas. He is also responsible for shipping, and is often behind the wheel of our van delivering consignments to local customers and farther afield. A former technician at the famous Friars club in Aylesbury with twenty years of experience retailing audio and hi-fi, we have come to rely on Tim's expertise to deal with anything that has plugs and cables.

Philip Maund: Became a full-time staff member in 2000 after ten years with Rosehill's former music publishing business. Philip is the company's network administrator, also working as a sales advisor in our showroom and maintaining the website.

Jason Stretch: A person with vast music industry experience and a talented performing musician, Jason began as a musical instrument technician in the 1980s. A former chief technician for Leblanc, he has worked for companies including Yamaha UK, Korg UK (Jupiter), Holton and now Rosehill, where he is our chief woodwind technician, but also turns his hand to brass, guitars and anything weird or unusual we can find to challenge his ingenuity.

Mark Steventon: Mark is our chief brass technician, and a former musician with the REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) corps band. Having now left the army after twenty-two years' service, he joins us regularly during the week from his home in the West Midlands, servicing and repairing brass and woodwind. Mark is also Yamaha UK's brass and woodwind technician, working with their UK-based endorsees and advising them on warranty issues.

Sandra Radford: Sandra is our senior book-keeper and joined us at Rosehill in 2002. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company's accounts department.
