Instrument Buy-Back Scheme

Every student instrument bought through our showroom whether new or used comes with a guaranteed buy-back price if you return it any time during the first year of ownership.

Regardless of how much you pay, if you return the instrument within six months we will refund the full purchase price less £50.00. Return it within one year and we will refund the full purchase price less £100.00.

This means during the crucial first year's lessons you are only committed to spending a maximum of £100.00 on your instrument, no matter what you choose or how much it costs. If things don't work out, we'll refund the difference.

We ask only that the instrument is returned in reasonable condition, and reserve the right to reduce our offer if it shows significantly more than normal wear and tear, though this is rarely if ever necessary.

If for any reason you wish to return an instrument after the first year, we will make an offer based on how long you have owned it and an assessment of its condition.

Instrument Rental Scheme

Many of our student instruments may be hired on a termly basis (three payments per year based on school term dates) with charges starting at £80.00 per term.

Servicing and minor repairs are included in the rental charge, payable at the start of each term by GoCardless automated payment, bank transfer, or credit/debit card payment.

If at any time you decide you'd like to buy the hire instrument outright, half the total fees paid up to the purchase date will be offset against the sale price.
