Adams TB1-H B-flat/F tenor trombone

The Adams TB1-H B-flat/F large-bore tenor trombone comes equipped with a Hagmann* free-flow valve, contributing to an extremely stable tone quality with a subtle warm sound, ideal for both symphonic and solo performance.

A variety of custom options are available for this model: bell material (yellow brass, gold brass, red brass, sterling silver); slide (standard/lightweight, yellow brass/nickel silver, single/dual bore). Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

* The Hagmann free-flow valve appeared in the early 1990s as a further development away from the traditional rotary valve, following the introduction of the more complex Thayer axial-flow valve in the 1980s. The Hagmann design minimises distortion of the air flow inside the valve, resulting in a rich, full sound, and is easy to maintain using regular valve oil.
