The Bach 42B features an 8½ in. one-piece bell that has defined the symphonic trombone sound for generations. Its large bore combined with a traditional wrap F attachment offers clarity and projection with just the right amount of resistance.
The 42BS variant is finished in silver-plate. (Most modern trombones are finished in clear lacquer, making this instrument a little unusual.)
