Introducing the next-generation Adams A1 — originally designed as a versatile trumpet for crossover players, the first-generation A1 marked the beginning of the Adams trumpet line with a classic, traditional setup. Seven years of innovation have elevated that original concept into a truly modern, high-end horn.
Contemporary updates like the redesigned tuning slide bend and bell bow give the A1 a sleek, modern look to match its outstanding playability. The new two-piece valve block delivers a crisp, focussed core with a comfortable, balanced feel in the hand. A Saturn water key (designed by Denis Wedgwood) on the tuning slide ensures easy maintenance without sacrificing tone. As with other models in the Adams range, the A1 plays best without a water key on the third slide.
With its vibrant tonal palette and brilliant, ringing sound, the A1 is a superb all-around trumpet that truly shines in commercial settings.
