The Vincent Bach 184 is an American-built short model (‘shepherd’s crook’) cornet, designed to produce the mellow sound of British-style brass bands.
Though not widely used amongst traditional brass bands, it is nevertheless popular with military bandsmen, with a rich vibrant tone that projects to the back of any bandroom or concert hall.
Manufactured in three different bore sizes (medium-large, large and extra-large), this is the silver-plate finish medium-large bore 184SML model.
