Pearl Quantz F665RE flute (with heavy crown)

The Quantz Forza 665RE is an open-hole flute with a Forza solid sterling silver headjoint offering a warm sound rich with overtones. It retains all the features of a standard student/intermediate flute including an offset G and split E mechanism, but the open-hole key mechanism gears it towards an advanced player.

The 2024 upgrade features a heavy crown to add mass to the headjoint, stabilizing the air stream, deepening core tone, and ensuring the sound carries across any performance space.

All Pearl student and intermediate flutes have French-pointed keys (with a pointed key arm extending to the centre of the key cup), a feature usually found only on intermediate and professional instruments. They also benefit from other unique design features which contribute to a smooth and reliable key mechanism.
