The A47XPS is one of nine standard combinations in the Vincent Bach modular Artisan trombone range offering a wide choice of bells, valve sections, tuning slides and hand slides.

The A47XPS Peter Steiner signature model combines an Artisan A47X valve section and a 47 model bell with detachable flare. The X-wrap design was developed to achieve a balanced resistance and improved air flow throughout the valve section.

Other features include: the standard Artisan rotor with a shorter throw and improved transition between notes; three interchangeable brass leadpipes; ergonomically-designed rosewood thumbrest.
