Ultra-Pure Light tuning slide grease

Ultra-Pure Light tuning slide grease is a non-hazardous, synthetic lubricant for use on all mobile brass instrument slides.

The manufacturer recommends this Light grease for the first and third slides (of trumpets, etc.) which must move easier and faster, but their Regular grease for the main tuning slide and second slide.

Tuning slide lubricant helps all brass instrument slides to move freely, maintains an air-tight seal and deters corrosion. Use regular grease on all static valve slides and a lighter lubricant on mobile slides including those fitted with a trigger mechanism. Check slides weekly and apply sparingly as required.
