Muirhead-Wallace 302 cornet/trumpet straight mute (copper bottom)

A precision-built straight mute combining a lightweight aluminium body with a spun copper base. The copper bottom adds warmth and focus, producing a centred, resonant tone with excellent projection.

Each mute is hand-finished with profiled corks for a secure fit and stable intonation. The internal design ensures balanced resistance and accurate tuning throughout the range. Suitable for B-flat and C trumpets.
