An adjustable neck strap with a neoprene cushion for relieving weight on the right thumb whilst maintaining comfort across the neck and shoulders. Attaches to a carriage ring using a hook, or to a thumb rest with an adaptor tab. It is suitable for clarinet, cor anglais (English horn) or oboe.
