The famous tone of the Besson Sovereign E-flat bass tuba can be heard in many of the world’s leading brass and wind bands. Noted for its accurate intonation, free-blowing quality and projection, many players feel it is first choice for the job.

The 981 ‘orchestral model’ features a 19-inch bell and a less resistant taper on the leadpipe, giving a more open, orchestral sound.
