Paul AustinPaul Austin (managing director): Son of the company's founder, Paul has worked in the family business since leaving college. He has many areas of expertise, and welcomes enquiries from all potential customers: individuals, bands or educational institutions.

Trevor AustinTrevor Austin (chairman and founder): An ex-musician with the Royal Horse Guards, Trevor laid the foundations of the business in 1967 and became a familiar figure in the music retail industry. Now enjoying his well-earned leisure, he still helps out in the shop for two days each week.
Richard FoxRichard Fox: Joined us in 2005 after thirty-three years’ service in HM’s armed forces, finally as technical quartermaster sergeant at the Royal Military School of Music. Richard is now our military liaison advisor and first point of contact for our many customers in the armed services.

Tim HumphriesTim Humphries: Came to Rosehill via Percy Prior’s in High Wycombe and now runs our goods-in and warehouse areas. He is also responsible for shipping, and often jumps in a van to deliver larger consignments personally to our customers around the country.

Phil MaundPhil Maund: Became a staff member in 2000 after ten years with Rosehill's music publishing business. Phil is the company's network administrator, works full-time in our showroom and fulfils various presentational roles including the maintenance of our website.
Our instrument technicians:
Jason StretchJason Stretch: Jason has been an instrument technician since the 1980s. A former chief technician for Leblanc, he has also worked for companies including Yamaha UK, Korg UK (Jupiter), Holton and now Rosehill where he repairs woodwind, brass and guitars.
Mark SteventonMark Steventon: Mark is our chief brass technician, and a former musician with the REME (Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers) corps band. Having now retired from his army post he now joins us regularly on a part-time basis.
Chloe WhittomeChloe Whittome: Chloe joined us in 2010 as our chief woodwind technician. She qualified with a diploma in woodwind making and repairing from Newark and Sherwood College in the late 1990s, then worked for some years in Cambridge before taking a break to raise a family.
Our administrative staff:
Sandra RadfordSandra Radford: Sandra is our senior book-keeper and joined us at Rosehill in 2002. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company's accounts department.
Geraldine CalabreseGeraldine Calabrese: Our longest continuous serving team member, Geraldine joined in 1989. She is responsible for sales and purchase ledgers, and fields customer and supplier account queries.
