| A good quality entry-level instrument can often seem expensive, particularly when there is no guarantee the student will wish to continue learning after more than a few months. So, for your peace of mind, we supply a range of standard student instruments on our buy-back purchase scheme. This means at the time of purchase we offer you a fixed guaranteed price which we will pay for the instrument should you wish to return it within a six or twelve-month period. Examples Buy-back prices for all ranges of instruments available on this scheme are available as PDF files for you to view and print out (see below). However, to give you an idea, here are a couple of examples: - Yamaha YFL-211D student flute, bought for £399.00: at any time up to six months after you purchase it we will buy it back from you for £369.00; or between six and twelve months we will offer £319.00.
- Jupiter JTR300L student trumpet in lacquered finish, bought for £195.00: at any time up to six months after you purchase it we will buy it back from you for £165.00; or between six and twelve months we will offer £115.00.
Conditions- The instrument should be returned to us in reasonable condition. If there is wear or damage to the instrument beyond that which would occur through normal use, we reserve the right to reduce our offer to take this into account.
- Ideally, you should retain your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase and to enable us to quickly identify the instrument. However, if you lose your receipt we may still be able to confirm your purchase from our records.
Please note that buy-back is not available on instruments supplied via our online shop, nor do we offer it on instruments purchased through AIPS (Assisted Instrument Purchase Scheme) or the Take it Away interest-free credit scheme.
